John joined the Hema-Tec team in 2025. As the Head of Technology Operations, he serves as the primary architect for the company’s digital landscape, overseeing a comprehensive portfolio that includes information technology operations, DevOps, data management, and cybersecurity.
With over 10 years of technology leadership spanning multiple industries, John brings a strategic, multidisciplinary approach to technical infrastructure. With an undergraduate degree in IT/Programming from the University of Phoenix and being an MIT-certified executive in Operational Design for Digital Transformation, he balances complex policy with scalable innovation.
Beyond the server room and executive meetings, John is a man of diverse interests. He is an avid carpentry enthusiast who enjoys the tangible satisfaction of building with his hands. When he isn't in the workshop, he can usually be found with a high-quality coffee in hand, often immersed in the world of a fantasy or science fiction novel. Above all, he prioritizes quality time spent with his friends and family.
